On the afternoon of March 6, the company received urgent help from the customer, and one imported boiler feed pump of the customer locked up. Two of the three pumps at the customer's site have failed, and they are facing the problem of reducing production. If the last pump has another problem, it will stop production. Once production is stopped, the customer will lose tens of millions every day!

After receiving the customer's request for help, General Manager Liang Song was anxious for the customer's urgency. Instead of discussing the maintenance cost, he quickly summoned relevant personnel to set up an emergency repair team, started the emergency procedures, discussed the emergency repair plan, and prepared for the response. At 23:00 on the evening of March 6, the pump with many problems arrived in Ross. Since the pump is not developed and produced by the company, when the customer only provides simple drawings, the Ross team has developed a set of the best emergency repair plan with strong technical strength!

After 31 hours of continuous repairs day and night, the imported boiler feed water pump was finally repaired successfully. It was delivered to the customer at 2:30 a.m. on March 8, and the customer feedback information in the early morning of March 9: The equipment was completed at 3 a.m. on March 9. After the installation is complete, everything is running normally. They also expressed their satisfaction and gratitude.
